The popular On air personality and Comedian IGOS of Wazobia Fm, is set for the maiden edition of his annual show, tagged: IGOS D prince of Wazobia Live. The show according to Igos ‘its a way of saying thank you to the Almighty God for preserving my life and also appreciating my fans and admirers for showing me love over the years , That is why am doing it on my date of birth” he submitted fans ,. The computer engineer turned comedian / broadcaster also revealed he will be celebrating his birthday with his birthday mate and mentor Alibaba, This event will feature comedy performances by top rated comedians of the federal republic ,led by the king of comedy ,Alibaba, Julius Agwu, Basketmouth,KOFFI, Ay, Klint da Drunk. Mandy, Yaw, Mc Abbey,Guvnor, Gordons,Bovi, Yaw, Akpororo, Bowjoint,Da Lectura,Crazylegs Among others.Apart from comedy there will be heavy music by the likes of 9ice, COREAD from South Africa,MI,J-Martins ,W4,Solidstar,Latmo,Harrysong, Iyanya,Vector,KCEE,Lamboginny, Maheeda,Pasto Goddy Goddy,Godbless and Ebony Band.
The show which is produced by Grandball Entertainment , a Lagos based total entertainment company comes up on Sunday 24th June,2012 at the Muson Centre, beginning from 5pm, the gate fees goes for N3,000, N10,000 and N300,000 for table of eight , in the words of Olujuwon Bukunola-Philips , Media Consultant to the organizers , 40percent of the gate fee will go to two not very popular orphanage homes in Lagos, its Igos way of giving back to the society.
